Terms of service.

1. Service Duration

AssuredHubs provides property search and coordination services for a period of 15 days from the date of service initiation.

2. Payment Structure

Our service operates on a satisfaction-first model, with the total service fee determined based on the size and type of property being searched. Payment follows these conditions:

No Upfront Payment

• No initial payment is required. The first charge applies only after AssuredHubs arranges the second property viewing for the customer.

Early Match Clause

• If the customer selects a property after the first viewing, the full service fee becomes immediately payable upon confirmation of interest and signing the rental agreement.

Post-Three Viewings Clause

• If none of the first two viewings result in a satisfactory match:

  • A partial payment is due immediately after the second property viewing.

  • The remaining balance will be payable upon the successful completion of the service, i.e., when the customer signs a rental agreement for a property found by AssuredHubs within the 15-day service window.

3. Final Payment Condition

The final installment (if applicable) is due only upon the successful signing of a rental agreement between the tenant (customer) and the property owner/landlord, confirming the fulfillment of AssuredHubs’ service.
